Portfolio restructuring

Restructured a significant £1m+ property portfolio in order to maximise sustainable returns over a 2 year period.

The services provided included Lease Restructuring in order to raise income & minimise risk. It also included restructuring of debt finance in order to release capital to re-balance the portfolio. A cost-cutting exercise was initiated & implemented in order to reduce rental erosion.
