Masterplanning of Large Mixed-Use Scheme

Ongoing project to acquire, obtain planning & deliver a large mixed-use regeneration scheme. This involved securing funding, securing deals with various land owners with a view to regenerate a large area of land. Negotiations with planners & landowners with aim to secure Resolution to Grant. The process involves the coordination of property specialists in order to meet both central & local government criteria.
